For rent one room in a renovated 4-room apartment in the heart of Tallinn (just a short walk from the Old Town), where everything is nearby (public transport, good restaurants, shopping centers, etc.).
APARTMENT
A spacious kitchen is shared. All four rooms in the apartment are located separately, the doors are lockable. The necessary furniture is available - bed, wardrobe, desk, bookshelf.
The apartment has two separate toilets (one is located in the bathroom, the other in the hallway next to the front door). The bathroom has a shower, washing machine.
The rental price includes fixed monthly utility payments in the amount of 65 euros/month and cleaning of common areas 20 euros/month (added if you do not like to keep things tidy yourself, this fee is not added in the case of a clean apartment), 1/4 of the heating and electricity costs. Internet and TV are available for an additional fee upon request. Upon signing the contract, the first month's rent must be paid in advance, a one-time deposit of 320 euros and a brokerage fee of 320 euros.
HOUSE/PARKING
The house was built in 1934 and renovated in 2008.
If desired, it is possible to rent parking spaces for 90 euros per month in a closed courtyard with gates.
There is also a bicycle shed in the courtyard (you can also store strollers and electric scooters, etc.) for 10 euros per month.
SURROUNDINGS/TRANSPORT
The house is located in a very good area logistically.
Everything you need for life is within easy reach in the city center. Shopping centers are just a short walk away, along with grocery stores and several restaurants. The Law Institute is next to the house.
There are several kindergartens and schools in the area, as well as medical care. Tallinn's Old Town is just a few minutes' walk away.
The public transport stop is right in front of the house (Freedom Square) and the connection to the center of Tallinn and other districts is fast and convenient.
