* Can I change the type of object selected in the ad?
You cannot change the type of object or transaction once you have already posted the ad. For example, if you posted a rental ad under the sale of apartments section, you have to enter the ad again and select ‘for rent’ as the type of transaction at the very beginning.

* Do I have to pay separately for activating the content of the ad and changing the pictures?
Changing an existing ad is free of charge. We recommend changing or amending the ad or adding new pictures.

* Where can I see the ad that I posted as an unregistered user?
When you posted an ad, a KV.EE user account was automatically created for you and the password was sent to the e-mail that you indicated in the ad. You can see the ad you posted by logging in and navigating on the „My ads“ page. If you have forgotten your password, you can get a new one by clicking on "Forgt my password"

* How can I unsubscribe from the e-Agent?
At the end of the e-Agent e-mail, there is a link that allows you to unsubscribe.
