APARTMENT
A bright, like-new apartment is available for rent in Tallinn city centre, near the Artium quarter. The apartment is currently undergoing a thorough refresh renovation, during which the walls have been repainted, new parquet flooring has been installed, and the kitchen cabinet doors have been replaced. In addition, the apartment features new wardrobes/cabinets.

PARKING

• Winter: approx. €200–270 / month (highest bill in January 2026: €271)
PAYMENT
If desired, billing through a company is possible (according to the agreement).
