The apartment with a through-the-house layout gets the sun all day long – the windows open to the east, south and west. There is a non-functioning apartment association in the house: there is no board, manager and articles of association. The apartment association has no loan obligations or a repair fund collected for future use.

SURROUNDING AREA
The apartment is located near the city center on Roosi Street, which has the best-maintained sidewalk in Estonia, as it leads directly to the Estonian National Museum. In winter, you can be sure that the wide sidewalk is cleared of snow and covered with gravel. If you go down the hill along Roosi Street, you can reach the Town Hall Square, which is 1.2 kilometers away, in 17 minutes on foot, in 7 minutes by bike, and only in 6 minutes by car.
Nearby is the Tartu Riding School, suitable for horse riding, Raadi Park, which invites you to walk, and several bus stops (Roosi, Kasarmu, Peetri).
