Merko Kodud is starting the construction of the Leedri residential quarter in Raadi, on the border of the city of Tartu and the municipality. The new quarter will consist of six apartment buildings with a total of 144 apartments. The first two apartment buildings of Leedri Homes will be completed in May 2027 at the addresses Leedripuu 1 and Leedripuu 2. The three-story buildings with A-energy class will house a total of 48 well-planned 2-4-room apartments.
The 4-room apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a size of 102.4 m2, plus a spacious terrace of 16.2 m2 and a terrace of 3.6 m2 accessible from the master bedroom. The apartment includes a storage room in the basement and one parking space in the courtyard. In addition, it is possible to purchase one additional parking space for 3000 €.
The architect of the Leedri residential quarter is Anu Tammemägi, who has also created the architectural vision of the Tähepargi residential quarter, which was awarded the title of the best building in Tartu among new complete building ensembles in 2019. The architecture of Leedri residential buildings, emphasizing modernity and minimalism, and the timeless combination of wood and white plaster, fits in with the nature of a modern suburb.
Each apartment building in Leedri has an elevator, in addition to storage spaces, there is also a bicycle room in the basement, and solar panels on the roof help cover the building's energy needs. All first-floor apartments have a spacious terrace, and second- and third-floor apartments have balconies. All apartments have the option of installing built-in cooling.
Sufficient free space and greenery have been planned for the residential quarter. Merko will build landscaped courtyards with trees, shrubs, planting areas and flower beds around the buildings. Car parking spaces are conveniently located next to the buildings. A common electric car charger will be installed next to each apartment building, and a charger installation facility will be installed in the individual parking spaces.
Leedri, which will be home to more than 140 families, is located in an area with diverse opportunities. Everything you need for a comfortable life is available near the residential quarter. The Raadi Education Center houses a kindergarten and a school, and right next to the residential quarter is the Jasmiini Street recreation area with playgrounds and climbing areas, a fitness center and basketball court, and a dog play area, which makes spending free time convenient for all family members. There are bus stops and shops nearby, and in the coming years a primary school building and a sports hall with a stadium will be added to the neighborhood. The city center of Tartu is a 10-minute drive from the new homes.
Interior architect Eerik Olle has created three interior decoration packages and one premium package for the homes, from which you can combine the interior decoration of your home.
