**APARTMENT

Custom-made solid wood furniture (cabinets and shelves) remains in the apartment. If desired, you can repaint it to your preferred tone.
Sanitary rooms are fully tiled with large-format ceramic tiles. The hallway floor is covered with ceramic tiles, while the rooms feature darker-toned three-strip veneer parquet. Interior doors and skirting boards match the flooring tone.
High-quality Hansgrohe and Vitra faucets, as well as Vitra sanitary ware, are used in the bathrooms.
Walls are painted. Lighting fixtures and curtains are included.
**TECHNICAL SOLUTION
The building at Manufaktuuri 20 is connected to district heating. The apartment is heated by room-based adjustable water underfloor heating, including in the bathroom and toilet.
A heat recovery Komfovent ventilation unit is discreetly installed above the bathroom ceiling, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate.
**COSTS
Water and electricity are billed according to consumption. Heating costs are calculated based on square meters.
All meters are remotely read, so there is no need to submit readings manually each month – convenient and comfortable :)
Average monthly maintenance costs are approximately €115, to which utility expenses for heating, water, and electricity are added.
**BUILDING
