It is currently an operating hotel that can accommodate up to 30 hotel guests. It is for sale, as well as an accommodation permit. The asking price is €399,000 + 24% VAT = €494,760.
Haeska village is located about 20 km from the city of Haapsalu. Matsalu National Park is one of the best places for bird watching, you can see/photograph 180–190 different bird species during the week. The hotel's activities are also based on nature tourists.
