Area
300 meters away is a coastal pedestrian path that leads to both Raeküla and Pärnu central beach. About 500 meters further you will reach the sea and Mai beach. 100 meters away is the Raja swimming pool and kindergarten. The layout of the apartment is very functional, there are no useless spaces (e.g. long corridors). The living room and kitchen are approximately 31 m² in total; the dining area and the relaxation area are located somewhat separately. The house's yard is lit and maintained, and the landscaping also includes benches. There is a bicycle storage room on the first floor that can be used by all residents.
