The apartment consists of an entrance hall, kitchen, living room, bathroom, WC, and bedroom. One balcony is accessible from the kitchen, the other from the bedroom. All windows have been replaced with double-glazed plastic windows. The walls are painted or wallpapered, and the ceilings are white.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and also a gas stove (with cylinder), a regular refrigerator plus a separate small freezer, a microwave oven, and a cooker hood.
