The town has a kindergarten and a basic school with a sports hall/sports centre (the sports centre includes a gym as well as a sauna).
Within a short walking distance there is a children’s playground, bus stop, train station, active cultural/community centre, family medical centre, fuel station (Olerex) – in general, everything necessary for everyday life is just a stone’s throw away.
By the way, a long health trail passes through Turba and leads all the way to Rohuküla harbour.
Nearby there are several excellent mushroom and berry forests, interesting forest trails, and light-traffic paths for outdoor exercise. It is ideal for walking, cycling or rollerblading.
Turba is also home to the MOMU Motorsports Museum and the Nissi Trollid hobby school, where you can learn singing and various musical instruments.
