THE APARTMENT

The stairwell with elevator is well maintained. There is a door phone system, and the entrance is locked for security.
UTILITIES
Summer utility costs are approximately €110–130, and up to €220 in winter. Electricity is billed separately and depends on usage habits.
PARKING
One parking space under a carport is included in the rent.
No storage room or bicycle parking is included.
