TERMS
Rental for the summer period from May to September (3–4 months). Maintenance of the property and regular lawn mowing are required. Electricity, garbage removal, and septic tank service are paid separately.
HOUSE
The house is built of wood, insulated from the outside with foam plastic and finished with plaster. The ceilings and load-bearing structures are also made of wood, and the roof is covered with metal.
LAYOUT
The total area is 85 m². The first floor features an entrance hallway leading to the kitchen and a spacious living room with a fireplace. From the living room, you can access a cozy bedroom with a wall warmed by the fireplace. The small kitchen is equipped with a stove, wood-burning stove, and sink. There is also a spacious dining area, perfect for family gatherings. The sauna is heated by a wood stove, and across from it are a shower and washing area. Near the staircase is a toilet. Upstairs is a large room with a private sleeping area and a separate wood stove.
INTERIOR FINISH
Wooden floorboards in the living areas, tastefully finished wooden walls, wooden-framed windows, and paneled wooden doors.
HEATING
The large fireplace efficiently heats the house. There is an additional stove on the second floor. A boiler provides hot water.

The house has electricity. Water is sourced from a private well, and sewage is managed with a local tank.

There is a stone garage and a storage shed for tools. A large greenhouse is also on the property.

The plot is well-maintained and landscaped, with fruit trees, garden beds, flower beds, and berry bushes — ideal for nature lovers and gardening enthusiasts.
