The Lõõtsa 8A triple towers, completed in December 2013, are named after Ragnar Nurkse, an internationally renowned Estonian economist. The lobbies of the buildings will be renovated in 2026.
The A Tower, facing Lõõtsa Street, features a spacious and representative lobby, with commercial and office spaces located on the ground floor. The upper floors house modern office spaces accessible via central lift halls located in each of the three towers. The Ülemiste City HUB small office area is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of Tower A. For the convenience of active professionals, shared shower facilities are available on every floor. LOCATION:
Ülemiste City is located at the artery of transport options, with Tallinn Airport on one side and the future Rail Baltic and bus terminal on the other. The harbor is only a 10-minute drive away from the campus, and Tallinn’s main routes Peterburi road and Tartu highway right at the doorstep.
You can travel here from any part of the Tallinn by tram or bus, while saving urban space and nature. The tram line is currently suspended, due to the Rail Baltica construction, but will reopen in 2026.
