EXPENSES and UTILITIES:
One month's rent plus monthly fixed utilities of 79 eur + water and electricity according to your consumption. So, in total, utilities are approx. 100-125 eur/month depending on your own water and electricity usage, throughout the year.

With signing the contract there are one-time additional expenses:
• deposit equal to one month's rent
• contract fee €79

If you do not want to pay a deposit, we offer the possibility of making a contract through the Casapay platform, in which case you would not have to pay a deposit, but 2.4% of the rent would be added to the monthly rent, As an added bonus, Casapay also offers you home insurance.
Pets are also welcome in the selected apartments, but please consider a double deposit.
