Soklikorrusel pesupesemise ruum kahe pesumasinaga. Võimalik parkida hoovis. Maja on maaküttega.
Toad on lukustatavad. Kommunaalide sees wifi ja iganädalane koritsusteenus üldaladele.
Oodatud üürnikud vanuses 18-30a ning tuba üüritakse elamiseks ühele inimesele. Majas elavad enamasti noored eesti ja välistudengid.

Luminous arched room in a villa. Has a bed, wardrobe, office desk and chair.
The house has 3 toilets and 3 showers. Possibility to use sauna, swimming pool and barbecue area.
There is a large shared kitchen with everything in it (5 refrigerators, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster). Bed linen should be personal.
Basement has laundry room with two washing machines. It is possible to park in the yard. The house has geothermal heating.
Rooms are lockable. Wi-Fi inside the utilities and a weekly cleaning service for public areas.
Tenants aged 18-30 are expected and the room will be rented to one person. The house is home for Estonian and foreign students mostly.
Utilities are extra to the rent.
