The apartment consists of one room with a sofa-bed, an open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The apartment has stylish furnishings, and the pictured furniture will remain.
The heating system, stairway and facade have all been renovated.
Storage room is included in the rental price. Free parking in front of the building.
Utility costs are added to rent each month: in the summer, around 80-90 eur, in the winter, around 140 eur + electricity.
The first payment when moving in will be:

*broker's fee 470€ + VAT 24%
*We conclude the lease agreement through the Rendin platform, which releases the tenant from the obligation to pay a security deposit. The service also includes protection in case of unexpected loss of income, for example, due to redundancy or serious health issues.
The traditional security deposit is replaced by a small monthly fee amounting to 4% of the rent.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
