Privaatse WC- ja duširuumiga tuba on renoveeritud 2018.a.
Tuba on meeldivalt sisustatud kõige vajalikuga. Kaasaegse sisustusega ühiskasutuses olev ilus köök/elutuba on kasutuse nelja toa peale.
Köögimööblis on olemas pliit, mikrolaineahi, külmik ja nõudepesumasin. Pesupesemiseks on ühiskasutatav pesuruum pesumasin/kuivatiga.
Sissepääs on tänavalt otse eraldi uksega!
Kommunaalkulu on fikseeritud aasta läbi, kalendrikuus tuleb arvestada püsikuludega 149 eurot, mis- sisaldab tarbitud elektrit, vett, TV-d ja Wifi ühendust- internet on majas kiire. ( ei sisalda salvestusteenust 7 eurot / kuus)
Hinnas sisaldub toa ja vannitoa koristus 4x kuus.
Korter sobib elamiseks ühele inimesele.

Lepingu sõlmimisel tuleb tasuda 1 kuu üür ettemaksuna 250 eurot, lisaks 2 kuu üürisumma tagatisrahaks 500 EUR, mis tagastatakse üürnikule lepingu lõppedes pärast +/- kalkulatsiooni tegemist ja maakleritasu 1 kuu ulatuses 250 EUR, kokku 1000 eurot.
Eelistatud on pikaajalisemad üürnikud.

Apartement has laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Rent is 250 euros per month. Additional 149 euros monthly payments are fixed througoth the year and includes utility bills, TV and internet and 4 x cleaning service. TV recording service is added 7 eurot / per / month.
To sign the contract 250 euros 1 month rent + security deposit in 2 months rent is required 500 EUR, which will be returned to the tenant at the end of the contract after +/- calculation. Plus one time brokerage fee 250 euros, total 1000 euros.
The apartment is suitable for one person.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
