Alates 01.08.2026 on üürile anda avar ja valgusküllane korter Tartu südalinnas Toomemäe nõlval, Toomkiriku varemete vahetus läheduses.
1875. aastal ehitatud hoone renoveeriti täielikult 2007. aastal, ühendades ajaloolise miljöö ja tänapäevase mugavuse.

The building, built in 1875, was completely renovated in 2007, combining historical milieu and modern comfort.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room, a hallway and 2 bathrooms.

* 2nd floor: large bedroom, luxurious bathroom, renovated in 2024, hallway
* 3rd floor: two separate bedrooms, bathroom (washing machine and dryer), hallway
The apartment is rented furnished. All the furniture and appliances in the pictures remain for the tenant's use. The kitchen has a spacious refrigerator, integrated electric stove. If desired, the owner can bring smaller household appliances to the apartment. Some of the furniture has been removed from the apartment at the request of the current tenant, but the owner can bring the removed furniture back.
