UTILITIES
It is possible to extend central water supply, sewage, and electricity to the plots. Written approvals have been obtained from Haapsalu Veevärk AS, Fortum Elekter AS, and Telia Eesti AS. These approvals need to be reconfirmed. For district heating, the connection can be made either from the Rannarootsi shopping center or Haudejaama tee street. DOCUMENTATION
