Tasu võetakse kogu perioodi eest ettemaksuna ja tagatisraha kuu Üüri ulatuses.
Hinnale lisanduvad kom. kulud, suurusjärgus 120€ kuu.
Lepingu sõlmimisel tuleb arvestada ka kinnisvarabüroo vahendustasuga mis on 450€
