For short-term rent the price includes utility fees, tv, internet, coffee machine, tableware, pots, pans, bedlinen, towels and cleaning in every 2 weeks.
Minimum rental period 3 days. For stays that are shorter than a week the price is 130-150 eur/night (depending on the number of nights, VAT 13% will be added) and a cleaning fee 50 eur will be added.
