One room for rent in a renovated 4-room apartment in the heart of Tallinn (just a short walk from the Old Town), where everything is nearby (public transport, good restaurants, shopping centers, etc.).
APARTMENT
There is a spacious kitchen with modern kitchen furniture and appliances for common use. Each tenant has his own closet and shelf. All four rooms of the apartment are located separately, the doors are lockable. Necessary furniture is available - bed, wardrobe, desk, bookshelf.
The apartment has two separate toilets (one is in the bathroom, the other is in the hallway next to the front door). Hot water is provided by an electric boiler. The bathroom has a shower corner, washing machine.
Fixed monthly utility payments in the amount of 65 euros/month and 20 euros/month cleaning of public areas are added to the rent (additional if you don't like to keep things tidy, this fee is not added for a clean apartment), 1/4 of heating and electricity costs. Internet and TV are available for an additional fee, upon request. When signing the contract, the first month's rent must be paid in advance, a one-time deposit of 275 euros and a brokerage fee of 275 euros.
HOUSE/PARKING
The house was built in 1934 and renovated in 2008.
If desired, it is possible to rent parking spaces for €90 per month in a closed, gated yard.
ENVIRONMENT/TRANSPORT
The house is located in a logistically very good area.
In the city center, everything you need for life is close at hand. Shopping centers are just a short walk away, along with grocery stores and several dining options. Next to the house is the Institute of Law.
There are several kindergartens and schools in the area, as well as medical care. The Old Town of Tallinn is only a few minutes' walk away.
The public transport stop is right in front of the house (Vabaduse Square) and the connection to the center of Tallinn and other parts of the city is quick and convenient.
