For rent one room in a renovated 3-room (72.1 m2) apartment in the heart of Tallinn (just a short walk from the Old Town), where everything is nearby (public transport, good restaurants, shopping centers, etc.).
APARTMENT/ROOM
A spacious kitchen with modern kitchen furniture and appliances is shared. Each tenant has their own table, chair and armchair. All three rooms of the apartment are located separately, the doors are lockable. The necessary furniture is available - bed, wardrobe.
The apartment has a separate toilet and shower room. Hot water is provided by an electric boiler.
The rental price includes fixed monthly utility payments in the amount of 80 euros/month and cleaning of common areas 20 euros/month (if tenants keep it clean themselves, they do not have to pay this), 1/3 of the electricity cost. Internet and TV are available for an additional fee upon request. Upon signing the contract, the first month's rent must be paid in advance, a one-time deposit of 295 euros and a brokerage fee of 295 euros.
HOUSE/PARKING
The house was built in 1934 and renovated in 2008.
If desired, it is possible to rent parking spaces for 100 euros per month in a closed gated courtyard.
SURROUNDINGS/TRANSPORT
The house is located in a very good area logistically.
In the city center, everything you need for life is at hand. Shopping centers are just a short walk away, along with grocery stores and several restaurants. The Law Institute is next to the house.
There are several kindergartens and schools in the area, as well as medical care. Tallinn's Old Town is just a few minutes' walk away.
A public transport stop is right in front of the house (Freedom Square) and the connection to Tallinn's city center and other districts is fast and convenient.
