LIND BUILDING:
Sepapaja 6 is a beautiful 2-storey limestone building that has been listed in the National Registry of Cultural Monuments as an immovable monument. The estimated date of construction of the building is 1899. It was the central chemistry laboratory from the former Dvigatel times where on the second floor there was a doctor’s reception office.
In 2006, the building was reconstructed into an office building and bears the name of Artur Lind, the founder of Estonian molecular biology and an academic. In Lind Building, the main tenant is Fontes, a talent consulting agency. Access is available on a 24/7 basis.
LOCATION:
Ülemiste City is located at the artery of transport options, with Tallinn Airport on one side and the future Rail Baltic and bus terminal on the other. The harbor is only a 10-minute drive away from the campus, and Tallinn’s main routes Peterburi road and Tartu highway right at the doorstep.
You can travel here from any part of the Tallinn by tram or bus, while saving urban space and nature. The tram line is currently suspended, due to the Rail Baltica construction, but will reopen in 2026.

There are 10 different lunch restaurants in Ülemiste City that offer diverse taste experiences from all over the world. In addition, two R-Kiosks and Selver abc grocery store, which has rich hot food and salad counter.
Campus also has a sports club, 200+ Bikeep bicycle parking lots and a wide range of beauty and leisure services, as well as beautiful parks where you can relax or have lunch. The Ülemiste shopping center is a short walk away that offers a wide range of restaurants, shops and services.
CONVENIENT PARKING:
Ülemiste City car parks can accommodate more than 3,300 cars in total, and your parking space is no further than 150m from the office building. The parking of the rental space is solved in parking houses and the requested number of paid parking spaces is added to the rental price. In addition to parking houses, where guests can park for 1 hour free of charge, the campus also has large outdoor parking lots where guests can park with a parking meter for 2 hours free of charge.
