A recently renovated 3-room apartment with a practical layout is available for rent in the Maakri business district. The apartment will be available from 15.12.2025.

Maakri 36 is a residential high-rise building located in central Tallinn on Maakri Street. The 19-storey building was completed in 2003 and has an architectural height of 71.5 metres. It was one of the first buildings in Tallinn’s high-rise district.
The building is in very good condition, with clean and well-maintained common areas. The main entrance is locked and equipped with an intercom system. The building has two elevators. The apartment association is active, and renovation works started in 2024.
