3-room apartment with sauna and open views for rent in Tiskre
The apartment will be available starting April 3. Viewings can be arranged after March 16, by prior agreement with the current tenant.
The apartment is rented through Rendin.ee. This means that no security deposit is required. Instead, you pay a monthly service fee to Rendin. The monthly rent for the apartment is €800 + Rendin service fee + utility costs. Rendin ensures a secure rental process for both the landlord and the tenant and also provides assistance in legal matters, which is why no deposit payment is required.
If renting with one pet, the monthly rent increases by €50.
If renting with two pets, the additional fee is €75, making the monthly rent €875 + Rendin service fee.
The deposit and contract fee related to pets may vary according to the total monthly rent.
The apartment offers spacious views towards the private houses of Tiskre. It is a 3-room apartment with a layout on one side of the building.
The apartment comes fully furnished with all essential living furniture.

The city center can be reached by car in about 15–20 minutes. A public transport stop is located right next to the building. Good connections to Tallinn are provided by bus no. 4 or Harjumaa Liinid buses.
Tiskre is a natural and safe residential area close to the sea. A pathway from the building leads to the seaside (approx. 700 m), where there is a beach suitable for sunbathing and swimming.
