ÖPIK BUILDING:
A 13-storey presentable office building named after Ernst Öpik, the founder of the astronomy school of Estonia with a view of the airport, Ülemiste lake and Tallinn Old Town. The building is designed to consider all the needs of a modern company - it is stylish and presentable and, at the same time, judicious and effective in every way. This two-part business building that goes perfectly with Ülemiste City campus, which supports innovative entrepreneurship, was completed in 2016 and 2018.
Ernst Julius Öpik was one of the founders of the astronomy school of Estonia and one of the most outstanding astrophysicists of his generation. As opposed to the more and more widespread narrow specialization, he tried to approach every question as if it was interconnected with the rest of the universe. The innovative office building in Ülemiste City bearing the name of Öpik is also thoroughly considered. The modern contrast of the black and white surface on the facade of the building is characteristic of the morphological approach of Öpik's research.
LOCATION:
Ülemiste City is located at the artery of transport options, with Tallinn Airport on one side and the future Rail Baltic and bus terminal on the other. The harbour is only a 10-minute drive away from the campus, and Tallinn’s main routes, Peterburi Road and Tartu Highway are right at the doorstep.
You can travel here from any part of the Tallinn by train or bus, while saving urban space and nature. The tram line is currently suspended, due to the Rail Baltica construction, but will reopen in 2026.

CONVENIENT PARKING:
Ülemiste City car parks can accommodate more than 3,300 cars in total, and your parking space is no further than 150m from the office building. The parking of the rental space is solved in parking houses, and the requested number of paid parking spaces is added to the rental price. In addition to parking houses, where guests can park for 1 hour free of charge, the campus has large outdoor parking lots where guests can park with a parking meter for 2 hours free of charge.
