To let in good condition a 3-room apartment in Mustamäe. The total area of the apartment is 60 m²; the balcony adds 2 m².
The apartment has a master bedroom, a minor bedroom/office, a separate living room (which can be converted to additional bedroom), a separate kitchen, a bathroom (with floor heating and washing machine) and a large walk-in wardrobe/storage room. The kitchen is compact and equipped with an integrated oven, stove and refrigerator. Minor bedroom/office has a balcony.
The furniture and appliances/equipment in the pictures remain in the apartment (but it’s possible to discuss the removal of some of them).
REASONABLE UTILITY COSTS
The apartment has adjustable radiators, is warm in the winter, and the utility costs are reasonable. In February 2026, the utility bill was around EUR 214; in July 2025, it was around EUR 130. Exact mount depends on individual consumption, and electricity (which also depends on consumption) will be added to this.

Free parking is available in front of the house.

The apartment is in a panel building that has been fully renovated to a high quality: external walls are insulated, there is a new roof cover, piping, heating system, and ventilation.
GOOD LOCATION
The apartment is located in a good area, with high-speed public transport connections to various districts, several shopping centres (Mustika, Mustamäe), grocery stores (Lidl, Maxima, Prisma, Rimi, Selver, Coop) gyms (GYM! Mustika, GYM! Mustika, Laki 24/7 Fitness) in close proximity. There are several kindergartens and schools nearby.
ON RENTING:
- The tenant is responsible for the utilities (full list) and electricity costs.
- The security deposit is one month’s rent. Alternatively, use of Rendin (which means no security deposit) can be discussed, but the fee of the Rendin guarantee (4% of the monthly rent) will then be borne by the tenant.
- Rent has to be paid one month in advance.
- The apartment is available from 10 May.
- Long-term tenants are preferred.
- The apartment is rented out to non-smoker(s) who do not keep animals and/or birds.
- Subletting without the owner's premission is not allowed (this also means that AirBnB is not allowed).
- The tenant must have a steady source of income.
- The tenant agrees that a background check will be carried out before entering into the contract.
- The owner speaks fluent English. Signing a dual language (EST/ENG) contract is possible.
- Foreigners are welcome, and domiciliation is possible. But a higher security guarantee might be requested.
