For rent 30m² one room (separate kichen) apartment on the edge of Tallinn city center, in a exclusive gated environment on Majaka Street. The charming house is an expressive, thick stone-walled residential building from 1949. The gated residential block includes houses from the same historical era with well-kept landscaping. The apartment has one free parking permit in the courtyard and a storage area in the basement. You can currently also park on the street side in front of the house for free and without a permit.
The apartment itself is conveniently located high on the first floor. Entrance from the courtyard of the house, where there are very conviniently close also parking spaces belonging to the house only.
The house itself is located in a very convenient area. Close to Peterburi mnt. Shopping centers are quite near, shops, gas station, Rail Baltic train stop, bus and tram stops.
