Added to price 2-room (52m2) terraced house for rent. The jewel of the apartment is the large 17m2 balcony where the sun shines all day and even if it's windy on the beach, it's always nice to sunbathe and grill/chill on the balcony.
The first floor has a living room with an open kitchen and a shower room/toilet. On the second floor there is a spacious bedroom with a work corner. The apartment has an extra-wide motor bed with a massage function and 2 folding sofas, i.e. sleeping places for up to 6 people.
