ZAPP BUILDING
The Zapp Building at Lõõtsa 6 is named after Walter Zapp, a Baltic German inventor and engineer best known as the creator of the legendary Minox spy camera – a device hailed by photography and technology historians as a work of genius.
The former Dvigatel factory building, constructed in 1900, will be reconstructed by the first quarter of 2027. The building will house a new modern conference center and a bistro-style restaurant. It will also include several unique office spaces.
On the ground floor of Zappi House, there will be a restaurant and meeting rooms of various sizes. The second floor will feature conference and meeting rooms of different sizes, while the third floor will accommodate offices. The limestone building will have high ceilings and distinctive interior architectural solutions.
The Zapp Building is home to several renowned IT companies, including Nortal and Helmes.
The building holds a LEED Silver certification, recognizing its sustainable design and energy efficiency. Secure 24/7 access is ensured via a card entry system.

LOCATION:
Ülemiste City is located at the artery of transport options, with Tallinn Airport on one side and the future Rail Baltic and bus terminal on the other. The harbor is only a 10-minute drive away from the campus, and Tallinn’s main routes Peterburi road and Tartu highway right at the doorstep.
You can travel here from any part of the Tallinn by tram or bus, while saving urban space and nature. The tram line is currently suspended, due to the Rail Baltica construction, but will reopen in 2026.

There are 10 different lunch restaurants in Ülemiste City that offer diverse taste experiences from all over the world. In addition, two R-Kiosks and Selver abc grocery store, which has rich hot food and salad counter.
Campus also has a sports club, 200+ Bikeep bicycle parking lots and a wide range of beauty and leisure services, as well as beautiful parks where you can relax or have lunch. The Ülemiste shopping center is a short walk away that offers a wide range of restaurants, shops and services.
CONVENIENT PARKING:
Ülemiste City car parks can accommodate more than 3,300 cars in total, and your parking space is no further than 150m from the office building. The parking of the rental space is solved in parking houses and the requested number of paid parking spaces is added to the rental price. In addition to parking houses, where guests can park for 1 hour free of charge, the campus also has large outdoor parking lots where guests can park with a parking meter for 2 hours free of charge.
