At a pleasant walking distance from the TalTech campus and the Technopol science park, there is a new cozy hostel Kadaka HUB, which will be completed in May. Our hostel is located privately at the beginning of the quiet Mäealuse street (Mäealuse Street 9), at the foot of the limestone meadow.
The hostel is easy to come to by car, bike and public transport, about 200m from Kadaka HUB is a Kassi bus stop, from where it is convenient to travel to TalTech and the city centre (buses 20, 20A and 24A).

About a 15-minute walk away from Kadaka HUB you can find grocery stores Rimi and Coop, a Crustum bakery known among fresh bakery lovers, from where you can always pick up something delicious next to your morning coffee, the lunch restaurant Mets, restaurant Baklažaan and Kannu pub, Tehnopol pancake house and Pizza kiosk. A 24h gym is within walking distance, while friends of health sports will be delighted by the Harkumetsa hiking trail, which is about 100m from the hostel, which in turn is connected to Nõmme-Harku health trails.

Kadaka HUB also has childcare and a small and cosy recreation area for all customers to use and enjoy. In the lounge you can play corona and board games, hold important events or relax with your great house neighbours while watching Netflix. On the edge of a beautiful limestone meadow on the back of the building is a cosy and green recreation area with picnic tables, where you can also excite your body by playing table tennis or flexing your muscles in the outdoor gym.

Renting Kadaka HUB rooms is super easy!

When booking a room, you only pay a contract fee. Before arrival, you will have to pay a one-month room rate guarantee and a room fee for the first month with ancillary expenses.

Each month you will have to pay the monthly fee of the room and the amount of ancillary expenses. Ancillary expenses at the HUB are paid in two parts. The first is a fixed rate and includes all the management, upkeep and utility costs related to the premises. For this type of Studio: 78 eur/month.

The other half of utilities varies according to your use of water and electricity, which is measured using remote electricity meters installed in every room (average 2 - 3 eur/m2).
