The buildings are designed as energy class A buildings with solar panels on the roof.
The apartment buildings are triplex with 13 apartments. There is a choice of two-, three- and four-room apartments.
All apartments have balconies. The ground floor of the building has a storage room as well as a bicycle room. A large green area with children's play area is located to the north of the apartment buildings. The parking area is designed to be located between the apartment buildings. Two parking spaces are provided for the 3- and 4-room apartments. The cost of the parking spaces and the parking garage will be added to the price of the apartment.
The buildings in Allikametsa are thoughtfully designed in terms of architecture and carefully chosen colour schemes, taking into account the resulting living environment. Together, the buildings form a colourful ensemble that creates a sense of home for the residents and helps to distinguish the buildings from each other. Each building has a different exterior wall in a primary colour, complemented by light grey plinths and glass balustrades. The buildings are designed by JVR Architects, architect Kalle Vellevoog.
