The Erminurme district is being developed next to the Estonian National Museum, giving you the opportunity to live in the midst of both culture and nature. It is planned to build 12 apartment buildings. Today, we have started the construction of the 5rd stage – Erminurme tee 2, Erminurme tee 22.
The cosy apartments in the Erminurme development range in size from two to four rooms, while the apartment buildings themselves are no more than two or three storeys high. Every apartment comes with its own storage space and parking place. The courtyard features landscaped relaxation areas for residents, including a children’s playground.
The apartment buildings, which are energy class A, are matched in appearance. To ensure the best possible internal climate, both the heating and ventilation in the apartments can be adjusted. Heat-recovery ventilation comes as standard. The floors of the apartments are kept warm by AS Fortum Tartu’s centralised district heating. So that you get the kind of home that’s just right for you, we’ve worked with interior architect Ilona Põldme to put together four interior finishing packages.
Adding to its special atmosphere is Raadimõisa Park, and of course right next door you can explore our shared history and way of life at the Estonian National Museum. The center of Tartu is also close enought.
