FARMHOUSE:
The house was built in 1905 and renovated in 1993. The roof was repaired and a porch, entrance hall, and bathroom with a washroom were added. The log house is 50 m² with a classic layout: 2 stoves in the center of the house, a kitchen with a stove, a separate dining room, and two bedrooms. A staircase to the second floor has also been built, where there is currently an empty space. The house has drilled well water (15 m) and a septic tank with a soakaway field. The property is accessible via a paved road, with new solid gates installed. The yard has a circular driveway. The garden has various berry bushes and both young and old apple trees.
