In the quiet inner quarter of Northern Tallinn, in the immediate vicinity of Stroomi beach, a 3-room apartment is available for rent.
A family with decent manners is preferred. Children are allowed, but pets are not. Smoking is also strictly prohibited in the apartment.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT
The apartment has everything you need for life with all the furniture and appliances that can be seen in the pictures. If there is a piano player in your family, then this apartment is definitely for you, as there is a piano in the apartment. It does need to be tuned, but it is worth it.
The apartment is through the house and the rooms are not walk-through.
Long-term tenants are expected.
Upon signing the contract, you must pay the first month's rent of €550 in advance, plus a deposit of €550 and a broker's commission of €550. In addition to the monthly rent, the tenant must pay utility costs.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
