Floors are covered with durable office-grade laminate, resistant even to office chairs with wheels.
Living area ceilings are gypsum board, bathroom ceiling is perforated aluminium.
**TECHNICAL DETAILS
The building is connected to district heating, radiators in rooms.
Bathroom has electric floor heating, hot water is provided by an 80L electric boiler.
Cooking is done on a gas stove – many say food tastes better than on induction :)

Water, gas and electricity billed according to consumption. Heating is calculated per square meter.
Electricity is remotely metered, water and gas readings must be submitted monthly.
Monthly management costs are approx. €60 + utilities.
