STORY
The building originally belonged to the property at Õle 26, Tallinn. Later, a separate land unit was formed and the apartment ownerships were created. The single-storey, four-apartment dwelling at Nabra Street 9 was first taken into use in 1912. The house has undergone extensive renovation, during which its dignified exterior appearance was restored, providing an excellent foundation for creating modern apartments.
PROJECT
The project is unfinished — the final solution is left for the new owner to design. The apartments are sold in a “shell” condition, giving the new owner full freedom to design the interior finishing and layout according to their own taste and needs. Suitable for a developer or investor who wishes to create a unique home or an attractive rental property.
CONSTRUCTION
A slab foundation supporting the entire load-bearing structure has been built under the house. Underfloor heating pipes are installed in the floor slab, and water connections are brought in according to the project. The exterior walls consist of preserved historical horizontal logs, which have been exposed and restored. Internal partition walls have not been installed and interior finishing is not done, allowing you to shape the spaces as you wish. Each apartment has a separate entrance directly from the yard. Wooden windows and doors are installed according to the requirements of the heritage-valuable area. The water connection point needs to be constructed from the pipeline on Nabra Street (approx. 5 m away), the sewer manhole is located right in front of the house on the property, and the current electrical capacity via the incoming cable is up to 40 A.
LOCATION
Nabra Street is a quiet and green street in the heart of Pelgulinn. The area is known for its historically authentic living environment, offering a pleasant contrast to the bustle of the city. Telliskivi Creative City, with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and small shops, is located nearby. Everything essential for daily life is within a short walking distance. The surroundings also feature several exciting eateries, such as Ristikheina Café and Kaja Pizza. Tallinn’s Old Town is also not far away.
