There is a unique residential plot (area 2138 m2) for sale in the Kivimäe district of Nõmme suburb. The plot has been formed from the registered immovable of Nõmme military sanatorium from the period of the first Republic of Estonia. The architectural solution was created by AB Emil Urbel. Technical capabilities for phonelines, data connections, and security systems have also been set up at the border of the plot.
The building has been designed with a ground source heat pump and mechanical heat recovery ventilation. Energy class A.
The built-up area for the residential building is 247 m2 and the net area is 301.6m2.
