For sale is a well-maintained 19th century farm complex with three outbuildings in a quiet forest area below Suure-Jaani, 30km from Viljandi.
The complex includes a horizontal log building-threshing house and three outbuildings made of logs - a historically existing barn-shed, an auxiliary building and a sauna house with a wood stove. The outbuildings with an ancient appearance have been cleaned from the inside. The buildings are functional, offering the new owner many possibilities. There is also a stove-oven in the kitchen. A remote-controlled air heat pump (Electrolux Viking Inverter 18) has been installed in the living room, with an efficiency of -30 degrees.
There are two cisterns on the property. A water pump is installed on one of the cisterns.
The nearest neighbor is located approximately 150m away. The access road to the property is shared with them, which also functions as a neighborhood watch. A completely private road has also been measured out for access to the property, which is also part of the property being sold and can be used if necessary.
Vihi is a village in Põhja-Sakala rural municipality in Viljandi county, the county center Viljandi is about 30km away. Vihi village is a peaceful place to live next to the city of Suur-Jaani. Before the Estonian local government administrative reform in 2017, the village belonged to the Suur-Jaani rural municipality. Vihi Sillaotsa Lake is located in the village and the Navesti River flows through it. The city of Suur-Jaani is located 7km away, there is also public transport, the bus stop is about a 10-minute walk from the house. Suur-Jaani is home to the Suur-Jaani reservoir, which is connected to the Nuutre-Kõpu reservoir outside the city limits. The settlement has a school, a gymnasium, a culture house, a health center and a library, as well as the composers' Kappide house museum.
