BUILDING
The building at Toom-Kooli 7 was constructed between the 15th and 18th centuries and has since been fully renovated, including all utility systems. This section of the building contains a total of 15 apartments across four floors and has an active apartment association.
INTERIOR & FURNISHINGS
Upon entering the apartment, a spacious kitchen is located to the right, featuring integrated cabinetry and appliances including an oven, stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave.
Straight ahead is a wardrobe area, with a separate utility room to the left that includes a washing machine and dryer. To the left of the entrance are the sauna and WC.
