The property covers 6,489 m², consisting of 3,429 m² of natural grassland, 1,735 m² of yard area, and 1,325 m² of forest land. This is an old farmstead that has been used as a summer place. The three buildings on the property form a private courtyard enclosed by a wooden fence, with the entrance marked by a classic farm gate. The buildings on the property are not habitable and are in depreciated condition. Piles of sand and gravel have been brought onto the property for future works.
There is a functional greenhouse on the property, along with berry bushes, well-maintained fruit trees, strawberry beds, and several raised garden boxes. To the left of the driveway, outside the courtyard, there are some arborvitae and an apple tree; to the right, a large maple tree and rosehip bushes.
BUILDINGS
There are three depreciated buildings on the property. The largest is a 222 m² residential house–barn–granary, where some repair work has been carried out, but the building is not habitable. The heating sources include a wood-burning stove and a masonry heater with a heat-retaining wall; both are depreciated.
To the right of the driveway is a 59 m² sauna–shed. The current owners have made some roof repairs so it could be used for storage during the summer, but this building is also now depreciated.
To the left of the driveway is a 74 m² barn–shed, which is depreciated and not in use.
The electrical connection is 325 A.
There is a dug well on the property that requires cleaning and renovation.
Dry toilets are located outdoors and in the main building.
LOCATION
The property is located in Jõgeva Municipality in a forest-rich area where wildlife and a wide variety of birds can be seen. To the north of the property are state forests, ideal for mushroom enthusiasts.
Access to the property is via a 1.6 km state-owned gravel road maintained by the Transport Administration. The final 0.06 km (60 m) is along a private road, for which a free and perpetual easement has been established in favor of each owner of the property. In early September, the edges of the gravel road were renewed and a new culvert was installed at the intersection with the private road.
The nearest larger settlements are Sadala (11 km) and Torma (9.7 km), both with Coop grocery stores. Torma also has two fuel stations: Terminal and Olerex.
The nearest larger town is Mustvee (18 km), which has Circle K and Olerex fuel stations as well as several grocery stores.
Jõgeva is 34 km away by car, and Tartu is 63 km away.
