NEWTON STUDIO
Newton Studios is a modern industrial-style hotel in Mustamäe.
The building has 90 furnished studios with an area of 15-25 square meters. All studios have furniture, a private bathroom, a kitchenette and enough storage space.
Newton has created amenities for you so that you can perform all the necessary tasks from the comfort of your own home.
At the disposal of residents there are pleasant common areas: 24/7 gym, common areas with work surface, TV and board games, washer-dryer room, sun terrace and park forest behind the house, locked bike parking.
Newton is safe: the house has video surveillance and a smart locks.
LOCATION
Newton's house is located within walking distance of TalTech University and Science Park Tehnopol. A few hundred meters from the house there are public transport stops, from where it is convenient to move both in the direction of TalTech and in the city center. Grocery stores Rimi and Coop are located just 500 meters from Newton. Crustum Bakery and Leibur Bakery are within walking distance.
CONDITIONS
The minimum stay is 6 months. For a shorter period, ask for an offer. When concluding the contract, the current month's rent must be paid by the last day of the month, a deposit in the amount of the monthly rent and the contract fee.
The basic fee for fixed utilities is 75 euros, only the fee for the consumption of water and electricity in Your unit during Your stay will be added.
If You are also housing pets, the deposit is taken at twice the rate.
If you wish to rent without the deposit, we offer the opportunity to make a contract through the Casapay platform, in which case you would not have to pay a deposit, but would add 2.4% of the rent to the monthly rent. As an added bonus, Casapay will then also offer you home insurance.
