NEWTON STUDIO
Newton Studios is a modern industrial-style hotel in Mustamäe. The building has 90 furnished studios with an area of 15-25 square meters. All studios have furniture, a private bathroom, a kitchenette and enough storage space. Newton has created amenities for you so that you can perform all the necessary tasks from the comfort of your own home. At the disposal of residents there are pleasant common areas: 24/7 gym, common areas with work surface, TV and board games, washer-dryer room, sun terrace and park forest behind the house, locked bike parking and push up chargers.

LOCATION
Newton's house is located within walking distance of TalTech University and Science Park Tehnopol. CONDITIONS
When concluding the contract, the current month's rent must be paid by the last day of the month, a deposit in the amount of the monthly rent and the contract fee. The basic fee for utilities fixed throughout the year 89 euros per month. Only the fee for the consumption of water and electricity in Your unit during Your stay will be added.
If You are also housing pets, the deposit is taken at twice the rate.
