The apartment is located on a higher floor, which provides more light and privacy. Although the area is in the heart of the city, the apartment is surprisingly quiet – effective 64 mm noise-reducing window packages have been used on the windows, ensuring a calm indoor climate in both the courtyard and street-facing rooms. The courtyard-facing rooms are even quieter and are perfect for relaxing or working. The layout has been modernly updated. The large living room is connected to the kitchen, where all kitchen furniture and appliances have been moved, creating a spacious and functional living space. The former kitchen has been converted into a separate office/cabinet, which gives the apartment one extra room of usability.
