BUILDING
This is a stone building completed in 1983. Thick walls and windows facing the courtyard create a charmingly unique atmosphere.
The apartment itself features a spacious layout with high ceilings, offering practicality and a truly distinctive feel for such a central location. The interior is finished in light tones and natural wood, which blend beautifully with the apartment’s original walls, creating a striking combination within a historic setting.
The rooms are styled in warm stone and wood tones, adding to the cozy ambiance. The bathroom can be accessed both from the bedroom and the hallway. From the living room, glass doors open onto a small balcony, offering a uniquely private space to relax.
INTERIOR & FURNISHINGS
Upon entering the apartment, a spacious hallway opens to the right, featuring a coat rack and wardrobe. At the end of the hallway is a distinctive WC with a large mirror and shower area, and to the right, a storage room with a washing machine.
Moving through the hallway, straight ahead is the living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen area includes built-in cabinetry, a stove, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, and dining table. A coffee machine and toaster are also provided.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, TV with stand, and shelving for storage. From here, there is access to both the balcony and the bedroom.
The bedroom includes a double bed and a separate wardrobe niche, with direct access to the bathroom.
UTILITIES
All-inclusive utility costs average €180/month in summer and €280/month in winter.
