The apartment is 42 m², has a very comfortable and spacious layout, accommodating everything you need for comfortable living: hallway with a spacious wardrobe, living room/kitchen, separate sleeping area with an additional wardrobe and toilet/shower.
The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need, two spacious wardrobes that act as walk-in wardrobes. The apartment has modern kitchen furniture with a stone surface, high-quality appliances, bed, washing machine. The high ceilings make the apartment very spacious, the windows offer a view of the sea. The floors of the apartment are covered with natural dark herringbone parquet, under the tiled floor of the bathroom there is electric underfloor heating.
HOUSE
It is a 2018 building, the homes are characterized by a modern and functional layout and energy-efficient, economical apartments. The building has an elevator and a room for storing baby carriages/bikes. It is also possible to rent a parking space on the territory of the house. There is a beautiful playground for children in the yard. Utility costs in the summer months are around €130 and in the winter €160 plus water and electricity according to consumption.

The landlord of this apartment uses the Rendin (www.rendin.ee) tenancy agreement convenience service, which exempts the tenant from paying a deposit and provides insurance for unexpected loss of income in case of layoffs and serious health concerns.
Start renting your new home with lower start-up costs - the deposit has been replaced by a small monthly fee of 4% of the rent. For a rent of EUR 660, the additional monthly fee for the tenant is EUR 26.4.
