ADDITIONAL COSTS
Utility costs are added to the rental price and they are approx 100 € in summer and approx 350 € in winter. Electricity is added according to consumption. Internet and TV service is ordered and paid by the tenant if desired.
HOUSE
A stone house was built in 1958. Heating pipes and roof have been replaced. The house has an elevator. A functioning apartment association. To he house can be accessed from the street or from the courtyard.
PARKING
The apartment building has a remote-controlled enclosed courtyard with a green area and parking, which is accessible only to residents. There is no parking space available for tenants, but there is an opportunity to park for free for an hour. It is possible to park in front of the building in the city center payed parking zone and next to the building is the Rävala parking garage, where a one-month parking pass costs €210. Tallinn residents can apply for a resident parking discount for street parking from the city government (€120 per year).
SURROUNDINGS
Rävala Boulevard is located in the heart of the City, where everything is at hand - public transport, shopping centers (Kaubamaja, Viru center, Solaris), schools, kindergartens, theaters, cinemas, etc. In the closed courtyard of the house complex there is a small green park and a kindergarten, and about 100 m away there is a Lembitu park with a children's playground. Behind the windows is a green boulevard lined with trees in summer and a view of Kaubamaja shopping center on one side.
Upon concluding the lease agreement, you have to pay the rent for the first month and the deposit and the broker's fee.
