Türi Quarter is a new residential quarter on the edge of Tallinn city center, at Türi 9.
This is a peaceful and cosy neighbourhood; a small city inside a big one.

Türi Quarter has the nicest neighbouring districts: the green Luite quarter and the quiet Tallinn-Väike district. The districts of Kristiine, Tondi, Uus-Maailm, and Ülemiste have paths for bike riding and walking.

From here you can comfortably reach downtown or the suburbs or get out of town easily. On foot or by bike, by tram or by bus – everything is close by. You can even hop on a train and get to the central train station, Balti Jaam, in a few minutes or reach the city of Viljandi in a couple of hours.

Türi Residential Quarter consists of four modern apartment buildings with spacious and bright apartments. The houses are 7-storey and connected to each other by an underground car park. All the apartments have large floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, and well-thought-out planning.

The sale of Türi Kvartal started in November 2021. The construction of the first house and the park will start in February 2022. The first house with the park will be completed by September 2023, the whole quarter by 2026.
