A lovely country house located in a small fishing village awaits it’s new owner - only 25 km from Pärnu.
The house is 300 meters from seaside, thus from the plot you can see a bit of shimmering Gulf of Riga. Refreshing sea air is guaranteed!
You can park your own luxury sailing yacht, sporty speedboat or retro-inspired fishing boat in Liu Harbor, which is only a kilometer away from the property.
From the harbor you can get fresh fish in summer and in late summer, you can pick mushrooms and berries in Lindi bog, just 3.5 km away. The nearest shop is 4 km and Lindi Kindergarten-Elementary School 6 km away.
The bus connection with the summer capital Pärnu is also convenient. The bus stops in the village 5 times a day and the bus stop is 450 meters from the house. An asphalted and lighted village road leads to home on dark evenings.
